Vicourse Learning LLC (“Vicourse,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Last Updated: 1 Jan 2026 Version: 2.0 Applies to: All courses, digital products, downloads, memberships, and other digital content sold through www.vicourse.com or our mobile application (the “Products”).
This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing any Product, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Nature of Digital Products
Our Products are digital goods delivered electronically and effectively instantly. Unlike physical goods, digital content cannot be “returned” once it has been made available to you — access, streaming, or download constitutes full and final delivery.
Because of this, our default rule is:
All sales are final once any part of a Product has been accessed.
The limited circumstances in which a refund may still be available are set out in Section 3. The circumstances in which a refund will not be available are set out in Section 4.
2. Immediate Access & Waiver of Cancellation Right
At checkout you will be asked to expressly confirm, via a mandatory checkbox, that:
- you request immediate access to the digital Product; and
- you understand that by accessing it you waive any statutory cancellation or “cooling-off” period, and that the sale becomes final.
This affirmative consent is recorded with a timestamp and other transaction metadata. Once you have given this consent and accessed any part of the Product, the Product is deemed fully delivered and is non-refundable except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise (see Section 8).
If you do not give this consent, your access to the Product may be withheld until any applicable cancellation period has passed.
3. When a Refund May Be Available
A refund will be considered only where all of the following are true:
- (a) you have not accessed any part of the Product — meaning you have not logged into the course area, played, streamed, viewed, opened, or downloaded any lesson, module, file, or resource, in whole or in part; and
- (b) you submit a complete refund request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date; and
- (c) the Product does not fall within a non-refundable category in Section 4.
Refunds will also be considered in these specific cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — e.g., you were charged twice for the same Product, or charged in error.
- Confirmed technical non-delivery — a verifiable technical fault on our side prevents access to a purchased Product and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time. In such cases your exclusive remedy is, at our discretion, repair/replacement of access or a refund of the amount paid.
- Where a non-waivable consumer law requires a refund (see Section 8).
“Accessed” is interpreted broadly. Any interaction with the Product’s content — including a single video play, partial stream, file download, or viewing a lesson page — counts as full delivery and ends refund eligibility under 3(a).
4. When Refunds Are NOT Available
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Any Product where any content has been accessed, streamed, viewed, opened, or downloaded, in whole or in part.
- Products marked “final sale” or “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
- Free, bonus, promotional, heavily discounted, or beta Products.
- Bundles or multi-course packages where any component has been accessed.
- Certificates, credentials, or accredited verifications already issued.
- Membership or subscription periods that have already elapsed (we will cancel future renewals, but do not provide pro-rata refunds for time already available to you).
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
- Accounts terminated or suspended for breach of our Terms of Service, intellectual-property violations, or fraud.
- “Change of mind,” “didn’t have time,” “found it cheaper elsewhere,” or “not what I expected” after content has been accessed.
- Gift or third-party purchases once the recipient has redeemed or accessed the Product.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted before initiating any payment dispute (see Section 6).
- Email [email protected] from the email address on the account.
- Include your order/transaction ID, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
- We will review and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Refunds are returned in the original currency and to the original payment instrument only. Where lawful, non-recoverable third-party payment-processing fees, currency-conversion differences, and similar charges may be excluded from the refunded amount.
6. Chargebacks, Disputes & “Friendly Fraud”
We take illegitimate payment disputes — sometimes called friendly fraud (disputing a charge for a Product you in fact purchased and received) — seriously.
6.1 Contact us first — this is mandatory
If you have any issue with a charge, you must contact [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before contacting your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved quickly through our refund process.
6.2 What counts as an abusive dispute
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal on a valid transaction — including for a Product that was delivered and/or accessed, or without first using the process in Section 6.1 — is a material breach of our Terms and is treated as friendly fraud.
6.3 Consequences
Where we identify an abusive or fraudulent dispute, we may, without notice and without further liability:
- immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account;
- revoke access to all Products, including past purchases and any future entitlements;
- forfeit any pending, partial, or goodwill refund previously offered;
- block the associated account, email address, and payment instrument from future purchases; and
- decline to provide any further services to you.
6.4 Our right to contest with evidence
We retain detailed transaction records and will contest illegitimate disputes. As evidence to your bank or the card network, we may submit, where available: the purchase and acceptance timestamps; IP address and device data; your affirmative checkout consent (the immediate-access/waiver checkbox capture); your acceptance of the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy; access, login, streaming, download, and progress/completion logs; identity-verification records where applicable; and all related communications.
6.5 Cost recovery
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for chargeback fees, administrative and collection costs, and any amount reversed for a charge later determined to be valid. We may require payment of outstanding amounts and a reasonable reactivation fee before restoring any access, and may pursue lawful debt-recovery remedies.
6.6 Your legal rights are preserved
Nothing here removes your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized transaction, fraud, or a billing error. This Section governs the contractual consequences of illegitimate disputes on valid purchases and our right to defend them with evidence — it does not, and cannot, override mandatory card-network rules or applicable law.
7. Refund Abuse & Discretion
- Refunds are granted at our sole reasonable discretion and evaluated case by case. Granting one refund does not waive this Policy or create any obligation to grant another.
- We may decline requests, and may suspend or terminate accounts, where we detect a pattern of serial refunding, content extraction before refund, account sharing, or other abuse.
- We may limit the number of refunds available to a single user, household, or payment instrument.
8. Mandatory Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. In particular:
- EU/EEA & UK: You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(m)) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, this right is lost once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal, and supply has begun — which is the consent captured at checkout (Section 2). If you did not give that consent, the standard withdrawal right continues until you access the Product.
- Other jurisdictions: Where local law (for example, the Australian Consumer Law or similar regimes) grants non-excludable guarantees or remedies, those rights continue to apply regardless of this Policy.
Where any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that mandatory right prevails for the affected user, and the remainder of this Policy continues in full force.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change. Material changes will be highlighted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance for future purchases.

📋 ORDER SUMMARY — please read before paying:
- All sales are final once you access the course. Refunds are only considered if you have not opened any part of the Product and request within 14 days of purchase.
- Immediate access = waiver of cancellation right. Digital content is delivered instantly; by accessing it you confirm delivery and waive any cooling-off period.
- Payment issues: contact [email protected] first. Filing a chargeback on a valid purchase leads to account termination and loss of access to all courses.
Mandatory consent checkbox (must NOT be pre-ticked):
☐ I request immediate access to this digital content. I understand that by accessing it I waive my 14-day cancellation/withdrawal right and that all sales become final, and I agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy is provided as a drafting aid and starting point, not legal advice — I am not a lawyer. Consumer-protection and card-network rules vary by country and change over time, and the immediate-access waiver in Section 2 is only effective if the checkout consent is implemented correctly. Please have this reviewed by qualified counsel and confirm it matches your actual checkout flow before publishing.
